I cannot be trusted because I am a criminal, a squatter, a thief and a con artist who defrauds anybody who will let me. NEVER give me money or allow me to move in. DO NOT TRUST ME. EVER! I am great at convincing desperate people who are experiencing crisis that I know the law, that I want to help them through their crisis, that I am trustworthy and that I will perform certain tasks which I have observed and opined that you need accomplished in order to cope with your crisis or anything else. More often than not, my victims are parents who are dealing with child protective services because I am able to easily convince them that I am an expert in CPS matters. What I never tell those poor folks is that I lost custody of my three oldest daughters and had my parental rights terminated. I never tell them about the tens of thousands of dollars I still owe in child support and that my youngest daughter left home the morning she turned 18 because she despises me. Obviously this webpage is being published to alert you, THE PEOPLE, to promote public safety, to hold certain identified criminals and fraudsters fully accountable and, hopefully, save other innocent folks from being harmed by my criminal behavior. As mentioned, my legal name is Belinda Puntanen and I have assumed several identities to con my victims. In addition to my legal name and many false identities used, I have created phony companies and nonprofits to further my scamming exploits. Foundation and Hastings & Associates TX. If you should happen to meet me, figure out where I am residing and then report my whereabouts to law enforcement. Likewise, if you see my daughter Zoe Miller aka River Hastings report her whereabouts to law enforcement too because I caused her to be in trouble with Harris County, Texas. We are both wanted for felonies we committed.
